Hi,

I am planning to apply for my PR under CEC program which I believe I already meet all the requirements. My question is, after applying, do they(immigration) allowed the applicant to take a vacation outside canada for a month for example?

once after you apply you can go anywhere you like,,,,, there is nothing that stops from leaving or entering the country(provided with valid visa and Permit).................

agreed! your application, and thus the process, is based on the experience and documents you filed. what you do afterwards is up to you...so as long as you are not breaking laws or violating your status. i too plan on taking a vacation while my application is being processed. no worries there!
