Hi Guys,
I am debating over my mind whether to use a lawyer or not. $4000 seems the standard rate + $2000 immigration processing fees for both me and my spouse.
I am in Canada, working as a soft engineer for over an year for a really large company. I have 5 years of experience as a Soft Engineer from Australia. I am not an Australian citizen. We are both Kenyan citizens. She is still in Kenya. Her visitor visa to Canada has been refused due to the guys thinking she will overstay and doesn't have strong home ties.
Should I go ahead with CEC myself or hire an expensive immigration lawyer to handle the case?
Regards.
