Hi, I got an ITA for CEC. I have a Canadian common-law partner. She has been listed as “unaccompanying spouse” in the application. My partner has Canadian siblings. I know I can’t claim points for my partner or her siblings, but the application has “required” slots for their documents. Do I really need to include these documents even though they don’t seem to be relevant or giving me points - Documents in my section

Proof of relationship

Statutory declaration of common law

Spouse section -

PCC

Proof of PR/citizenship of sibling

Proof of residency in Canada of sibling

Proof of sibling relationship

Family member Proof of status
