Hi All, hope you are doing well.

I am applying through CEC.

I have received an ITA on score which included 2 years of Canadian work experience, However I am yet to complete 2 years.

I meet minimum criteria for CEC, however I am unsure to submit my application due to not completing 2 years yet.

I am unable to preview my application score as it always says "Our system is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I have reported technical fault on website but no response as of now.
I would be much more comfortable to apply if preview was available.

I see below text in CEC website, which makes me wonder if my application score is lower than ITA.

If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is lower than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application should be refused under section A11.2 for not having maintained the qualifications that would justify the ITA.

Is there chance to rejection if I apply now? should I wait for finishing my 2 years and then apply.

If you need to keep the points for the 2nd year, then just wait until you complete the 2nd year to submit your eAPR. (That also means proving 2 years of work experience - i.e. get the letter of reference from your employer after you complete 2 years).

If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is lower than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application should be refused under section A11.2 for not having maintained the qualifications that would justify the ITA.

So, as stated above, your CRS score will be re-calculated when you submit the eAPR. As long as you meet the criteria for which you received points at the time you submit your eAPR, you will keep the points.

Thank you for your reply.

So IRCC has different method for calculating points for ITA and eAPR?

Well, same method, but different data. In the profile, for some mystifying reason, you are only allowed to enter MM/YYYY. But your actual work experience will be calculated using MM/DD/YYYY. This creates no small amount of confusion.

When it comes to ELIGIBILITY, you must meet the eligibility criteria BOTH at the time of the ITA and when you submit the eAPR.

When it comes to the CRS score, as long as you can prove it at the time of the eAPR, it will count.

Well, Thank you. I should probably wait it out and avoid any risk.
