CEC Application is Accepted ? because there is no AOR

Hello All,

I know all you guys, who have opened this message to read, even you are waiting for AOR, because most of us wants to apply for BOWP, now my question to you is if CIC give us reply in mid of December that you have missing forms, and if they return the full application, with short spam of time, even if try to post it, does we qualify for old regular CEC or we should apply for Express entry? ,
where most of us, again have to go through tedious process of creating online profile.

what is CIC's intention to hold it for so long?

To me if application is returned , the other one is treated as NEW and everything starts from Scratch .

This is true. My first CEC application was returned and the second application was treated as completely new.

my guess
The second application will follow the rules and process that is put in place on the date the application is received at office
So if express entry is already initiated by Jan 1st, then anything and everything after Jan 1st received at office will be new process
