CEC Applicant

Greetings everyone
I have registered here to get a viewpoint of fellow members and discuss some common concerns and issues of Immigration Candidates or one can say curious candidates for Canadian Residency.
I have applied for Permanent Residency under CEC Category.
I have been residing in Canada for over 8 years now initially under Student Visa then transfer to PGWP for a 3 Year term. Oct 27, I applied for PR. My WP expires March 2012.
At the same time I have applied for LMO. I feel I need little guidance on how to go about LMO process ( what's next stage).

hi. are you in calgary? im from calgary too. so you already applied from LMO, when you get your lmo, you can apply for work permit. did you have someone to do this application? for lmo and work permit, and PR application?

Just to clarify, YOU cannot personally apply for an LMO - only an employer can apply for the LMO. Is that what you meant?

Sorry for the confusion. Yes my employer has filed LMO and its in process.

Hi I'm an inland applicant, currently have submitted my application in Jan and received aor in the same month. Currently cic review is in progress. My work permit is getting expired on September 2020 and have applied for extension. My passport is getting expired in JULY 2021. DUE COVID 19 job offer in work permit is not good.

1) What will happen to the pr application if the applicant returns to the home country during pr processing ? Will it be still valid
2) is it ok to renew the passport during pr processingO

Can I apply for CEC under 2 different nocs of category A?
( noc 4021 ESL instructor category A and noc 4166 distance learning education coordinator, category A)

Please refer to the minimum requirement of CEC:

"Your work experience can be in 1 or more NOC 0, A or B jobs. "

Yes, you can use multiple work experiences under one or multiple NOCs whether they are continuous or not.... as long as they are skilled, meaning either NOC A, B or 0.
