I've applied for my PR through EE - CEC on the 18 July

ITA - 26 June
AOR - 18 July
Update - We do not need additional documents
Update - We are processing your background. We will message you if we need more information.

But medical haven't changed. Note: completed my medical on the 5th July.

Can somebody please advise are they real update or ghost update?
