CEC and 12.000 application cap.

Guys,

I'm wondering if someone knows how many applications were processed and accepted until now under CEC. I'm a bit worried about 12.000 cap per year (from Nov 2013 to Oct 2014) that was activated at the end of 2013. I would like to apply soon (probably within a month),but I don't know if I will be elegible (still) or the cap was reached for this year.

It was updated just last week and the figure is at 3353 right now
