CEC -2021 - Dependent outland - asked for settlement plan

Hi All,

Here is our timeline -

Application type -CEC PA inland - spouse outland
AOR -Feb'21
Biometrics submitted - 3 Aug'21 (late due to covid)
Got latest update 2 weeks ago
VO has been assigned last week and has requested additional documents and one of them is -

Client Enquiry - Please provide a settlement plan for 2 people and must be received by 19 Oct 2021

We have no idea what this relates to - we have already submitted proof of funds. Please help or we are gonna get rejection after so much long time.

Don't waste time. Immediately get professional advice. Ask a lawyer for an hour of consultation and discuss this with him or her. You have few few very small time window.

For refugees there is a defined settlement plan : Eg. http://welcomeontario.ca/article/what-settlement-plan

For a CEC, I do not know what is settlement plan. Its saturday now, so try contacting a lawyer or anyone you can and get a professional advice. Use your own settlement plan as a backup in case you can not get legal advice properly.
