I am currently on 3 year post graduation open work permit after study.

I have question.

I have 1 month(160 hours full time) experience in NOC 2211-category B skill job, I was fired after 1 month.-(I have letter with me).

Now I got job after 5 months in Same NOC 2211-category B skill job, but after my 10.6 month(1848 hours full time) 5 people including me were laid off due to company budget problem.(I have letter with me)

So I have total of 1+10.6 month=11.6 months= 160+1848 hours=2008 hours experience in full time.

Question=1
So is it acceptable 11.6 months or need exact 12 months experience in my case (for CC-express entry category)?

Question=2
Is is acceptable for express entry to work exp points (under cec)?, because my work experience is NOT CONTINUOUS.
It is of 1 month, 5 month gap 10.6 months.=11.6 months.

It is acceptable for work experience to be non continuous but you'll need 52 weeks of full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience acquired in the last 3 years to be eligible for CEC.

Thanks a lot for reply!

I have finished 49 weeks, so its not done yet? i think so.

But I made profile on CIC EE, it shows you are eligible, probably because they dont ask me for the Date of joining and leaving??
They ask only month... that's why?

Yes - that's why. You need to wait until you have the full 52 weeks.

There wont be problem in eligibility of EEcpeofile, but the concern is if You get an ItA and then after they will need the proof of employment..!! If you failed to present that You havent comoleted your 52 weeks, You suddely become ineligible for that..!!! And might you face charge of misrepresentation of information too..! Its advisable to complete 52 days of work exp and then apply for EE...!!!

Yes thats right anyways just 1 month to go but I got laid off last week and not getting same office job, so what i can do @ employment?
I got 15 days paystub in advance, it can work? To show immigration? After ITA? I mean those 2 weeks countable?

It is settlement amount paystub for extra 2 weeks.
It is risky? Or need 4 more clean experience from same NOC?

You need at least 52 weeks of work experience and not just proof of salary for 52 weeks.

I am in the similar situation. I have some 50 weeks experience from 4 jobs. However my situation gets even worst because some of my experience is after my permit expiry.

I hired a consultant to apply for PGWP extension he filled 20 days before the expiry however he paid old fee of 155$ (New fee 155$+100$ for open permit). After 30 days of my permit expiry all together 50 days from day of application CIC issued a letter that I did not pay whole fee so cic is rejecting my application.

My consultant told me this some 30 days after the letter. Means I worked almost 2 months after the expiry of my permit and 30 days after CIC issued a letter.

I want to know would my experience be counted till the day I worked or till the day I had my permit good or till the day cic issued a letter
