We came to Canada in Nov 2023 with a child. We did not know about CCB so we just applied for it in Feb 2025 (form RC66 and RC66sh). Now it showed in our CRA account that we have:
1. CCB: ~ $9,000
2. CCB retroactive: ~ $7,500
When I checked the Benefits section, it shows that Expected payment on this May 20, 2025 is only $9,000 via bank deposit.
So my question is when will we receive the CCB retroactive payment of $7,500? Anyone has this similar situation please let me know if I need to do some extra step to receive that retroactive payment? I have googled that to apply for Retroactive payment i need to submit RC66, but I have already submitted this form in Feb 2025 as stated above)
