Hi there,
My three kids, my wife, and I, are planning to build our future in Canada. Therefore, we need to start a selection procedure with e.a. Interviews in order to be admitted in your beautiful country. We now live in Moldova. But before starting this procedure, I am a little worried about the following. In 2001 I was caught using marijuana and got fined for about $ 45. I paid of course and that was it. However, I was surprised to find out that this is still in my record. Other than this, my criminal record is totally clean.
Could anyone tell us if this would affect our chances to get a permanent residence permit?
Thanking you in advance,
Kindest regards,
Simion
