Hello all,
I'm so glad to came across this forum as I'm lost and feel clueless abt my Canadian PR application. I'm Indonesian, and our Visa Office in Singapore takes ages to respond to questions. So I was wondering if anyone could help me here.
I know my qualifications is not really relevant as what required. I'm aiming to go under 8222 Supervisors- Oil and Gas Drilling & Service but my current work is EHS Coordinator, mostly work in office but often times go to offshore too (category 2263 Inspectors in Public & Environmental Health and Occ Health Safety). It is a long shot I know, but:
1) Is it worth it if I decided to go ahead w/ the application? Although not 100% working offshore, but I do travel often times to offshores to implements EHS programs. I see my case as rather grey area under the above 2 categories.
2) If eventually rejected, would CIC office make me under "Black List" register for "trying" in the first place?
3) Is there any penalty before I can re-submit another application in case I wanna try again in the future? For example, 1 year time penalty, there's no 2nd try whatsoever, etc?
Appreciate for any input from all the Gurus here, as I'm very clueless. Thanks in advance
