Hi folks,
I have a pending PGWP application submitted in Guatemala City back in mid August but I am now in the US visiting my friends.
I would not expect it would be delayed this long, and visa office says my case is on the line with others but only essential work applications are getting processed at the moment due to Covid 19 etc.
Since neither am I a Guatemalan nor a US citizen, I am thinking to request my case to get transfered to my home country’s visa office?
Is such thing possible for Work Permit applications or should I just cancel the current application and submit new one back home?
Appreciate for any thoughts or experiences.
