Case staying at CPC MISSISSAGUA

Hi guys, need an info on our case.
Sponsor is canadian and PA is Italian.
Submitted outland spousal in Feb, got through all the initial phases, uploAded pcc and medical. We were expecting a messAge saying case is moved to VO Rome, instead we got one saying case will be processed at CPC Mississauga... does it mean anything?
