The last update I received from VO is asking for RPRF in FEB 2013 since then I waiting for PPR also my medical will be expire in few months that’s the main reason for CSI INQUIRY.

Is that any special format for CSI INQUIRY letter also in letter Can I ask to VO when I get PPR. I hired immigration representative to do immigration process but he is not responding, In this case if I send CSI who get update me or representative? I am so confuse about all this matter.
