what words exactly I should put in there

Hi,

There is no need of any particular format for it. You just open the CIC website, click "Check your application status", follow the instructions and you reach the ECAS. Go to the Contact us, which take you to the page for choosing your Visa Processing Office. Once you get this page of the visa office, you will reach the Case specific inquiry where you give your details and message in the space provided. You can also upload any scanned copies of certificates or documents also here, if necessary.

i think there is long delay in some peoples passport from ND
some get it quicker - like rocky who just send in feb
and some like velby paul who takes a long time since dec
I am in middle send in Jan
Lets see what's the reason for this kind of partition and delay
