Hello, pls help....

1)When submitting a case specific inquiry, the first part of it that says applicant, is that the sponsors information or the principal applicant information,

2) The second part of it that says enquirer identification, whose information should be there?

I didn't use any representative for my application.

Thanks for ur replies.

1) Principal applicant
2) In my case, I am the sponsor so would input my information there.

If the sponsor is not appointed the representative, and the issue is about the applicant, then the case specific enquiry must be done with the "credentials" of the applicant. His/her name, email, phone number, etc. Otherwise, CIC will send an email back saying "we have no records indicating you are authorized..."

It happened to us.

I sent a CSE to Singapore for my wife and accidentally put my information in the enquirer field. I did not recieve such email back.

We did not send in the Use of Representative form with our application.

But then again, CIC does have my wife's email address listed as my email address in GCMS and the sent me AOR2 instead of my wife lol.

So can an applicant appoint his/her sponsor as representative? I thought one has right to represent other!
