Case specific enquiry error using IRCC web form

Has anyone had issues with submitting a case specific enquiry using IRCC web form?
They asked me to submit IMM5669 again. I'm trying to submit an enquiry for normal processing of a spouse sponsorship visa application.
When I submitted the form it showed success "your enquiry has been successfully submitted" at that time but after few hours the same success link which I've been sent to my husband shows an error.
Can anyone guide me what should I do? Is my enquiry successfully submitted or should I submitting the same document again by mail (FEDEX) to avoid delay. I'm so confused.. please help me!

Are you trying to send your husband a link to the page which displayed the "your enquiry has been successfully submitted" message?

If so, that will not work. It's a complicated internet thing that's kind of hard to explain, but basically, don't worry about it. That page is not archived/saved in order for you to share the link to it later; it's temporary. As long as it told you it was successfully submitted at the time, that's all that matters.

Yea.. but when I was trying it again when my husband told me

Yea.. after my husband told me about an error I was trying it again to see the success page but it showed me an error too.. the sa page same link.. than I updated my enquiry again and it showed successfully submitted again at that moment and then when I checked later it showed me that error again.. so is this ok.. my enquiry has been submitted or not... should I mail the document?

No, don't do anything please. At this point you're going to annoy IRCC because you've already submitted it like 3 times. They got it. You don't want to annoy them
