Case rejected...what is the deadline to appeal

I applied under NOC 4131 through a consultant but received a call from consultant yesterday that my case is rejected. I have not yet received the refusal letter, though it has reached my consultant's office. I want to know generally what is the deadline for appeal.

Sorry to hear that but i think it should be around 60 days. Can you share your timelines and application status in e-case ?

What is your e-case details.
if e-case is Decision made with missing address, with we reviewed your application ad started processing on <date> OR during the RBVO, with DM text, than wait untill next CIC update, this is possible acceptance or rejection, but wait upto furthur communication by visa office.
if your consultant wrote his/her address in application than he/she will recieved all communications by visa office.
I don't want to disappoint you but share your complete DM status (remove your personal info) and timelines.

as you mentioned about your rejection text that means you still not recieved any rejection letter by visa office..... if your consultant recieved it than sorry that's the rejection and ask for the letter by visa office, you may find why VO reject your application..

Very very sad to know. Could you understand why your application was rejected? Many pre june applicants under Spore office have been asked to update documents and forms in Dec 2011/Jan 2012. Were you asked for docs update?

60 days

1. Actually the 60 days is if you intend to apply for leave to appeal to the Federal Court. If you wish the Program Manager to review your case, in that an error was made, you have 30 days. (Usually doesn't do much good)
