MY CASE HAS BEEN REJECTED DUE TO fraudulent misrepresentation DOCUMENTS(BY MY CONSULTANT I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE) AND BAND FOR 2 YEARS NOW I WANTS TO KNOW THAT AFTER COMPLETION OF 5 YEARS KNOW CAN I APPLY ONCE AGAIN UNDER NEW CRITERIA OR NOT.KINDLY REPLY ME I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU.

I too am interested in which documents they noted as being fraudulent.. Pls share if you dont mind. Tnx!

I am sorry to hear that you have been refused.

misrepresentation made by you or by the person you authorized to act on your behalf (representative) is a serious offense and as you say, may ban you to Canada depending on its gravity. unfortunately, I cannot answer your question coz I don't know specifically what kind of document was found untrue.

re-applying may not be as easy as the first one because you have to rectify the misrepresentation and this time, you will need a good immigration lawyer.

1. If the 2 year ban is completed, then yes you can re-apply if you qualify. But you say 5 years, to apply you have to worked in Canada in a skilled position in the past 3 years to qualify for CEC.
