Case registered in 2004

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum.
My file was registered in 2004 and received the confirmation from CHC in May 2005.This was done through WWICS.Sometime back when i checked the status in the CHC website, it was sayting that " the decision made". When i checked with WWICS, i have been informed that the processing fee will be given back by CHC. Now i can't see my status in the CHC website. I dont get any responsible response from WWICS now.
I am not sure how to check it with CHC now.
Can someone advise me how to track my case?.

Please check www.cic.gc.ca & search for processing time. You should follow the instruction of fee return. Complete your form & send to the e-mail address provided. You case may have been terminated & CIC is presently refunding the processing/RPRF.
