Sorry for asking the basic question;

What is the process / stages of PR process?

-Once we submit all documents to CIC
(After how many months, a result/communication can be expected from CIC)

-Once our file is transferred to our country's office for further processing; how much days/week we get to submit police certificate?

-Do we need to submit any other form/document to our country's processing office?

thank you.

does following explanation applies now also?

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t36571.0.html

Stage-1: [CIO stage] Send Initial Apps+Processing Fees to CIO-NS > Eligibility Check > Issue of AOR+120 days Letter >
Stage-2: [CHC stage onwards] Send Full Docs+RPRF to the Local Visa Office > File on Queue > e-Cas: "Received by Visa Office" >

Now at Stage-1:, we need to submit Full Docs also; so can someone please answer to my above post.

thank you.

read manual carefully, you have to send all in one package as per CIO and local VO checklist to CIO.
CIO issue you 1st AOR after 3months or 72working days max (depend on CIO, days are vary to all applicants).
if you eligible and CIO eligibility complete after that CIO will transfer your file to local VO (CHC), your local CHC VO will issue you 2nd AOR after local CHC Review and eligibility completed or they will review your documents but issue 2nd AOR and pending review....
if CHC want any documents they will contact you in future.

Read this forum and CIC manuals: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

This is in response to your PM.

As of date everything remains the same, except that now Stage-2 has been clubbed with Stage-1... u r required to send the complete docs to CIO-NS. Thereafter, your file is 'internally transferred' to your VO upon a PER [erstwhile 1st AOR]. The balance of work processing & timeframe, typically remain the same as stated in the referred post.

right Qorax, now no more stage 2 (and 120days limit) , local VO or CHC will contact you for furthur details or documents. must have to send all documents in one package @ CIO only (please read checklist of CIO and CHC arrange all documents as per checklist and send it with fees to CIO).

Thanks, I do not have police certificate yet and I have posted my application to CIC.
I hope I would get chance to submit it, once CIC approves my application on basis of submitted docs.
