Hey everyone,

I'm sponsoring my husband who's an American citizen. I want to get our case notes. Just wondering when I fill out the form I put my info and pick sponsorship right? Do I need my husband to fill out my consent form.

Just need a little help filling this out so we can figure out what's going on so far.

Your husband will have to sign the consent, which you can then scan and upload with your request. Good luck.

Video explains it ( has both GCMS and Consent ) - the form needs your husbands info as he is the being sponsored
