I have two questions , first one , i hope someone can answer me , when a refugee case get expedited , and after evidence submission , how much time it take to get a decision?? Can any one submit a time line plz

2nd question
After getting positive decision , and pr process could it include a spouse out side canada at the same time ? And what is time line of that ?

I can't help with your first question.

For the second question, yes - the paperwork will be processed together. You can expect a processing time of around 2 years.

Were you able to get a visa? This will be a huge hurdle given your residency situation and country of origin. It seems like you may have already gotten asylum or filed for asylum in Malta.

Yes there is a huge increase in applicants. Families are not reunited after an asylum claim so families will have to be prepared to be separated for 2.5 years minimum if they do not aerive together. In your case you would be denied since it seems like you have claimed asylum in Malta.
