So I have recieved a condentional offer of admission from Carleton University and the condition is to wait for my Final Grades that come in June.
I have contacted the university and they told me that they don't issue final offers if I have already recieved a condentional offer letter even if I cleared the conditions.
Are what they saying true? Will I have any problem applying with this letter? I have attached thd email with the thread so you can see.
