Hello
My brother immigrate Canada;Vancouver city recently ;he has a child who I grew up him and his child is very accustomed to me because I sent a lot of time for him;now he is 2 years old and their parent want to hire a nanny for him;I want to start caregiver immigration programme but I heard that it is difficult for relative to get temperory visa via this programme! Is any body who passed this process to help me?
 
I want to know how can I do this process'must I have get lmia code from my employer at first? Would you please to explain me comprehensively? Thank you
 
Do you have at least six months of training as a live-in caregiver (or a related field) OR at least one year of full-time paid work experience as a live-in caregiver in the past three years?
 
Yes;I have worked in care center for two years where take care disable people and children with out parent.

Which documents do I need to show i 've worked somewhere?is enough to have confirm letter from my employer which I've worked there?

You would also need to show pay stubs, a bank statement or something similar to confirm you were paid.
 
Recently CIC inform everyone who wants select caregiver programme and his or her employer get lmia number after February 2014 must fill usual work permit applications ;in this way can caregiver get permenant visa after 3 or 2years work experience?

Once you have 2 years of experience as a caregiver, you can apply for PR. The processing time for these PR applications is approximately 4 years.
