Hi!

I'm going to finish my 24 month period in May 1st, 2019 but because my work permit came 15 days less than 24 months I had to extende my work permit with a new LMIA.

The question I have is that I was told I could only leave the country 14 days a year by an agent, but another one told me I could only stay 14 days out straight out of the country and those 'quick' trips to US wouldn't count.

I went to the US quite a lot, I have everything wrote down. But mostly were like going Friday evening and coming back on Sunday, out of my work hours. I have around 30 days in 2017 and 45 days in 2018 out of Canada but was not straight days, always like 2-3 days shifts.

Do I need to work more to complete those '24 months' and pay off the days I was out of country? If yes, do I count business days or just have to work for more lets say 1,5 month to complete my 24 month and be eligible to apply for PR?

I'm not sure if I can apply as soon I make 24 months or need to work more.

Thanks
