if i want to switch program in quebec ( AEC ) in a college to a dep do i need to change the CAQ ?

If the study term (session) and level of studies are same then you don`t need to change CAQ
im switching from college to a professional centre . its both post secondary but is it the same ?

I have got caq for cdi college montreal. Bcoz of my low ielts score my visa was refused.
Now im just change my cource and collage and get admitted in canada college for may 2020 intake i have applied for new caq in 29th jan 2020 yet ihavent recive caq update.
Im confused that my previous caq is validate for my visa submission. Kindly help for the same.
