CAQ taking too long

Hi,

I'm seeking for help because it’s been 3 months that I applied for my CAQ for studies but the status of it has not changed since early September in which they said my documents would be reviewed. I’m now 2 months away from the beginning of my classes and I can’t seem to get any update of its status. I’ve tried to contact them but whenever I call the office they my application is on research phase. Has anyone ever been through the same? Is there anyway to get an update about my CAQ? Even my Canadian visa was approved already but I can’t seem to get any information from Quebec.

if anyone can help me, I’m getting desperate honestly.

All you can do is wait. How can you have a Canadian visa approved if you don’t have CAQ? What Canadian visa?
