hi!
I applied my caq, online and couriered the signed forms through dhl. I got update in dhl website that my shipment was delivered on 11-oct-2013. problem is that i didn't get any update in my caq account that my forms are received . i want to know how much time it will get updated in my account. (I am from India).

u should expect a reply in a couple of days if ur application was complete.....normally it takes 7 days after they get the couriered documents....they dont update that they received ur documents

is that True " they dont update that they received ur documents " and what should i expect that next update would be?

approval or documents missing.....normally u get CAQ in 7 days if ur from india

They do update the CAQ online account saying "Receipt of your documents".

They Update your Status In The last Week of Your Approval. You Will Receive Documents Received Receipt First and After 2 days or 3 you Will Get your CAQ normally the whole process takes 15 to 20 Business days From the Day they received Your Documents ( DHL Date )
