hello,
I got a CAQ for a 3 years program in university in Montreal which should have started on August 3 2019. Upon my arrival in Montreal, I changed my mind and wanted to do professional school which I did not know their existences in the past. I applied for a new CAQ with my new inscription in a CÉGEP ( fees paid) in Montreal on August 19, and I got a letter of intention refus, and sent again all documents requested, got again a letter of refus. Reasons are: I did not make study as the principal activities during my previous CAQ. I am now in panic.
How should I do? If request a reexaminations administratifs and be refused again, how should I do? Is my previous CAQ for 3 years program still valide and not replaced by my new request of CAQ for CÉGEP?
Can I go to another province with my current study permit which is not expired? If yes, is the federal government going to refuse the transfert cause of the same reason as Quebec government?
