They promise 20 working days, but mine is late too... Needing just this document to submit my application...

My file was opened on 2022-04-02. I sent all documents and submitted the application on 04-04-2022.
On 2022-05-07 I received a message saying there was a new message on my online file. The message was an Acknowledge of Receipt, saying that my documents were received on 2022-04-04. That means that they took 33 days to post a message about receiving my documents.
On 2022-05-09 my CAQ was issued, two days after the AoR.
Thank you for your answer, so it means if you get AOR you should get the final decision soon ?
It worked like this for me and for my daughter.
AoR, then two days later, final decision.
