CAQ Payment Problem

I complited my consulation profile and paid the 116CAD fees but then the page gave me error but i recieved an email from IMMEGRATION QUEBEC that confirms my payment but still i can't procced with my application past srep 11 which is payment, I can't view the checklist to complete my profile, I sent them an email but nobody is answering

help please
