CAQ minor over 17 years?

Hi guys,

I was born in August 2000, but my CAQ personal checklist states that i am under 17 years of age an I have been given forms for parental authority of minor and guardian for a minor under 17. Is this normal or a probable error because the checklist specifies to submit all forms listed in the checklist which would include these forms as well.

I am having the same issue rn! I am born in August 2002 and I don’t have a legal guardian in Quebec. How did you go about it?? Please help

I haven’t! Please help. I am just planning to send the declaration form along with my LOA, photograph and passport copy. And maybe my parents id just in case. I’m just gonna leave out the under 17 part as it is. Do you think that’s gonna work??
