Hi,

1. Process:

2. No, you can't expect University to send CAQ directly to the concerned authorities on your behalf. It's your duty to make file and shoot the same to the right table. (keep in mind it could be more thn 2 months, not just 45 to 50 days....)

3. Without knowledge of French, it's going to be very hard. French is always a required condition for almost all jobs. Just search popular Quebec job websites, you will find the requirement of French almost for all jobs. Even as you might be aware of the fact that there are some issues with the Quebec separation from the Federal structure of Canada. And the Quebec Government is trying its best to promote French and all that stuff. Quebec is already an autonomous part of Canada. So French is a MUST. (If you are determined, you can learn French...it's not an impossible language!). I would recommend you to go ahead with your Quebec study plans.

4. Yes, you can work off campus once your mandatory 6 months get over.

5. PR chances excellent (at least in one program) where an International student can apply for PR even before the completion of his/her academic program. (It must be in the last 12 months of the academic program). Well, again the knowledge of French is MUST to get qualify under this program. Keep in mind, there is one mandatory one-to-one interview in “French only” with the Immigration official.
