CAQ for Quebec

Hi,

I have received confirmation for my CAQ on the 24th/july/2014 and used it to apply online (the PDF copy). Yet. I have not received the CAQ real copy in mail and I know that they won't give me my study permit at the border unless I have the real copy.
What should I do in this situation?

24/07/2014 to 17/08/2014 seems like a very long time for mail.
The mail was sent from Canada to Jordan.

I've also contacted them by email and phone and no responses from both sides

it takes around 30-35 days to reach india but I am not sure about ur country

oh thats a very long time. Do you know if i need the real copy of my CAQ when i'm at the airport in canada?

No one asks you for it, not even at the airport.

Do I have to wait the original admission letter from university or I can print the letter I received through E-MAIL and attach with other CAQ documents file.

When I applied for my CAQ, I had received a envelope from my university with my acceptance letter and 3 copies of a paper with information about me, about the university, about my course and about the tuition. I had to send that to the CAQ, they didn't ask for my letter that says "Congratulations! You have been accepted to..."

Thats what I thought but they did actually ask me for it at the airport last time I arrived to Canada. That's why i'm freaking out about them saying "where is your original CAQ" and them not accepting the PDF that was sent to me.
