If i am not wrong then CAP will be full by max. 11 March.I also advise you check CIO update CAP on friday also ( they usually update on friday since last 3 friday).
How you are going to pay application FEE ? If you will use your Bank Draft then count 10-15 days for encashment . If i am not wrong then CIO will count you on CAP on the Day you payment will be in their account. In this case Credit Card will work fast. As they will charge your CC in 2/5 days.
So ...take your wise decision ..

So basically once your application arrives you should get inside the cap within a couple of days.

I strongly believe that CIO count application in CAP after monetary funds clear.
Here let me give you logical reason behind it.
My application was at CIO on 10 Feb.
Bank Draft got encashed on 25 Feb.
Last Cap update on 25 Feb.---> 930
My e-cas updated on 25 Feb.
So, this means that One should count 10-15 days to get included his application in CAP.
As i am having one Backlog file so with the help of old file number i found my e-cas changed on 25 feb.
Also there is one more applicant who is also backlog applicant & found similar condition.

Mayank
