I may have missed something in this application, but I'm filling out IMM 1344 to sponsor my spouse in the United States (I'm a Canadian citizen), and my understanding is that we don't need a co-signer for this type of sponsorship. However, when I leave the co-signer fields blank (name, dob, address, etc) and try to use the "validate" button in the form, it highlights those fields as mandatory.
Should I just continue onto the signatures at the end of the form and leave the co-signer section as blank? Does the validate button do anything important otherwise?
