Can't upload imm5257E! HELP!!

Hi,

I am helping my aunt to apply for her TRV to visit Canada. I had problem to upload the imm5257e form.

The error is

The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.

• Error Description:
  You have submitted an invalid form. Please complete and validate an electronic version of the application form, save it to your computer, and upload it.
  
  Note: You cannot submit an application form that has been scanned.
  
  You do not need to sign your application form. You must provide a digital signature once you are ready to transmit your completed application.

I validated the form and it showed validation completed successfully. I applied TRV many times for me and my other family, it never happened before. Can anyone help? Many thanks!!

If it comes under optional document, take the snapshot of the error.

Then submit the application without that form.
Then use the application and UCI number to submit a Case Specific Enquiry and attach the IMM5257E (Schedule 1) along with the screenshot of error.
