Can't open /View IMM 5709 Form (application for study permit extension)

Hello,
I’m having problem accessing the IMM 5709 Form

I’m getting a message that I need a later version of the PDF viewer, however I have it installed and have no problem to open any other package documents but I can’t open or download the IMM5709 form.

Is there any other people encounter the same problem?

Open in internet explorer , google chrome is often unable to open the file !

Right click on the form and click 'save link as' the file will be downloaded on the computer.

First you need download the form itself. Then try open it > open with> Adobe Reader

I am having trouble uploading IMM5709. The newest version of the form has been filled out correctly, saved to a .pdf, all information quadruple-checked, form validated, and still the form will not upload -- get error message. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how have you corrected it? I am at an absolute standstill in submitting this application for a study permit renewal.
