Can't look up my visa application on my laptop

Hi guys,

I have a little problem here. I made an online application for an extended stay on my friends laptop and now I can't look up the application on my laptop eventough I can look it up on my friends laptop. It is the same account but why can't I look up the application on other devices?

I already tried to link the application to my account but it didn't work so far..

Try refreshing the page, trying a different browser, or clearing the cache on your laptop, perhaps your browser is accessing the version of the site from before you made your application.

I found that if your computer has explorer and edge, they sometimes don't cooperate on certain websites.

Hi guys, thanks for your help!!!

I made that application on edge and I tried to look it up on google chrome.
When I changed the browser to edge I was able to look up my application! Thanks!
