Can't log into ECAS

Hi I am May 2011 applicant for PR under AINP. I have done my medicals a month ago now waiting for the results and hoping to get PPR this month. I was checking the status on ECAS every single day but today for some reason I can't log in. It says "we were not able to identify you using the information you provided....What can be wrong?

i just tried to login ecas, there is nothing wrong in ecas, so maybe, check ur spelling?

I still can't log into ECAS. Does anybody experiensed that before? Please help...

my e-status also not working...........same thing is showing..........not identify...

worried..............anybody have an idea why its happens ????

did you change your mailing address recently by any chance? cuz I did last week maybe that's why...I don't think we should worry too much cuz if it was a refusal they would have let us know.
