Anyone have any issue with this? I am the representative for a spousal sponsorship. Signed up for an account through the portal. When I try to link the account it says "file not found". Any ideas?

As far as I know, the authorized rep portal is only for licensed immigration consultants / lawyers who are being paid to handle a case. Does that apply to you?
