Can't get into ecas system - help please!

My husband's SA came July 4th. I've tried to get into the system to check on our application every week for a over a month now and can't get in!

I get this: "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

----- I put in ID type = UCI number, then his UCI number, then his last name/first name, his date of birth and his place of birth.

I've even tried it with my number and info but can't get in.

Am I doing it right?

hi try to put his/her last name only do not include your first name.

you will have to make sure its the same last name that was put on the application. You can also try to use a different computer and see how it goes.
