Dear All,

I passed the citizenship exam and got RQ the same day, Nov 2013. DId not hear anything till around Feb 2015 and I was asked to send the same documents to St Claire office (I am originally from Mississauga Office). I sent the papers to the address that they wanted on mid of March 2015. But I could not log in cic website to check my status. I provided the same info that I used to provide but nothing comes up. The system said info is not correct or the file is not in process. Is that normal for the people like me? Or did they close my file? I am now in US as the residence and live with my spouse.

Try with your client ID, if that does not work, try with your PR card number to see if it works. Also make sure you enter your surname/last name/family name properly.
