Cannt change college from Jan 2014

I heard from jan, 2014 session , students who applied under SPP program cannot change institute. Do anybody has update on this???

I have checked CIC website and didn't find any such update. What's your source?

What you might be confused with is, students can't change their college/uni from SPP list to non-spp list which is already in existence. Only change from Jan 2014 (which we are aware of) is, from Jan 2014, students need not wait for 6 months locking period to start working. They can apply for off campus work permit from day one (for 20 hours a week).
