Cannot work as a worker in health related occupations while I've already passed the medical exam (OWP)

I applied for the OWP because of the Hong Kong scheme. We must pass the medical exam before they approved our application. However, when I finally got my OWP, it stated that I couldn't work in childcare, teaching, or health related occupations but I intended to be a social worker here (because I was a social worker). I asked the officer and she said it was because I didn't do the medical exam. When I said we must pass it before we got the approval, then shen said it was an issue from IRCC. (I did the exam less than half year).

What should I do?

If you are in Canada, you file online to change the conditions of your work permit with the completed medical exam. You cannot work with children etc. until conditions are approved. You say the medical exam is less then 6 months old so you will not need a new one.
