Cannot proceed with online application.

Hi all,

I am applying online to extend my stay in Canada while waiting for an open work-permit.

I have uploaded all needed documents, except form IMM5257, which is optional and does not apply to me, as I am applying within Canada.

Now, on the instruction guide it says once I have uploaded my documents and electronically signed my application, I can pay the fees.

I have uploaded all my documents, but it will not let me proceed from there. The only option at the bottom is 'exit questionnaire'.

Apparently a 'next' button should appear next to the uploaded application form, but nothing is available.

Does anyone know what the issue could be? I cannot find how to electronically sign my application and proceed to payment.

This happened to another member before, and they solved it by creating a new application.
