Cannot pay the fees for CAQ application

Hi I'm applying for a new CAQ to extend my studies in Quebec. I filed my application online on 03/31, but was unable to pay the fees.

In the past week, I tried to pay my fees many many times, using different browsers, different visa/mastercard credit cards, even on different PCs, but the system always returns error code anyway, saying the transaction is not approved. The credit cards are being used everyday for shopping so I can ensure the information is correct, it just doesn't work.

Has anyone ever encountered the same issue? Thanks.

OK, I finally made it successful using a credit card from China.

I'm not sure why this happens, but it seems like that the system does not accept any credit card from Canada such as RBC, CIBC or Scotiabank, which all failed in my case. For those who have the same problem, you may want to try credit cards from another country, in other currencies.
